Policy:
If
for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we
will gladly accept returns within fourteen days of receipt of our products. All
products must be in saleable condition. Any item shipped back to us without a
return authorization by Evelyn's Gift Shop will not be accepted. All shipping/insurance etc. for
the return will be at purchasers expense. Once the item is inspected to be in original condition as sent to
customer, the customer will receive full credit for the purchase, less
shipping/handling charges. Please contact us to make arrangement.
In
the event of opening a package with a damaged item, please maintain the
packaging material and object intact-failure that will expedite the settlement of the claim. Please notify us by email shipping@evelyngiftshop.com
as soon as possible if it happens.
